Using the Knowledge Base

How do I use the Knowledge Base?

Simply click in the search bar at the top of the screen and begin typing a topic name. Select "search" and a dialog box will appear with articles that relate to your search term. Choose from the options or try searching again with a different term if you didn't find what you were looking for.

Can I suggest a topic to be added to the Knowledge Base?

Yes! If there is anything you would like to request to be added, please reach out to the team at support@morty.com

Can I save a Knowledge Base article as a pdf?

Yes! Each Knowledge Base article has the option to print and/or save as a pdf. Simply click on the "Print/Save as PDF" button in the upper right hand corner of the article and choose to either print or save as a .pdf.
