Getting Started

  1. Sign Up: Sign up for the mentorship program and pay nothing until you close a loan.
  2. Enrollment: Fill out our enrollment survey so we can match you with a mentor that can best support your goals.
  3. Get Connected: Within 2-4 business days, you will be matched with a mentor and can begin working with them.

FAQs

What is the ongoing cost of the mentorship program?

To compensate your mentor for their time and commitment to your business, they will receive a flat $300 bonus on any deals you close while working with them. This bonus will be deducted from your commission.

What if I don’t click with my mentor?

While we try our best to match you with the best mentor for your needs, there may be times when the relationship is unsuccessful. You can reach out to our support team with any concerns and we will be happy to find a new match for you. 

How can I share feedback with my mentor?

We encourage you to have open and honest conversations with your mentor about your specific needs. We will also have quarterly feedback surveys for mentees and mentors to share what is and is not working well. 

If I am mid-deal and want to cancel my mentorship, will my mentor still get a bonus? 

You are able to cancel this membership at any time, for any reason. If the membership is canceled once the customer has already submitted an application, the mentor will still be entitled to a bonus when the deal closes.
