Closers: Morty Closers are the bridge between parties (lender, HOI, title, appraiser, builder, etc.) once the file is conditionally approved. Closers solution all remaining conditions and make sure the loan closes on time. You may not see it, but somewhere behind the scenes they are pushing, pulling, and fighting to get your deal done smoothly.
