Priced at just $100 per month, HomeInsight offers a comprehensive emails service including creating email content in collaboration with you and managing the email distribution and cadence.
HomeInsights includes three types of emails campaigns as well as monthly reporting.
- Personalized Email Drip Campaigns: Collaborate with Morty’s email experts to develop personalized drip campaigns tailored to your leads. Meticulously crafted, these campaigns ensure that your messages resonate with your audience, fostering engagement and driving conversions.
- Nurture Content Emails: Leverage Morty’s Resource Center to enrich your communication. Choose between pre-approval campaigns or mortgage manual tips to provide valuable insights to your leads, guiding them through the mortgage journey.
- Monthly Newsletter: Maintain a strong presence in the minds of your leads with a professionally written monthly newsletter. Developed in collaboration with Morty’s marketing team, your newsletter can feature mortgage commentary, upcoming events, content highlights, and a personal message to strengthen your connection with your audience.
Getting started with HomeInsights is easy. It takes 1-2 weeks to get live and start sending emails. Once you subscribe to HomeInsights, you’ll receive a questionnaire to help us understand your email marketing preferences and goals. Then our team will create initial email drafts for your campaigns which you’ll have an opportunity to review and request edits. Then we’ll go live!
