    Once you, or someone on your team is licensed, based on your state, it can take a day to a few weeks to get sponsored and activated on our Platform.

  • What happens if there is an issue with my sponsorship? Can I get a refund?
    Yes. If, for any reason, we can’t sponsor you, we will issue a full refund.

  • How many states can I get licensed in?
    Business tier covers 10 state licenses. You can add more state licenses through our Platform Add ons.

  • What loan products does Morty offer?
    Morty can support 99.9% of all purchase transactions including: fixed and ARM conventional loans, FHA, Jumbo, VA, USDA, HELOC and most non-QM loans

  • What is my commission?
    With the Business Tier, you unlock customizable plans to share costs and revenue. Please speak with your sales representative about this to learn more.

  • Do you work with down payment assistance programs?
